The Problem

Insight & Action Therapy had an active practice until COVID struck. Since, they have struggled with attracting new patients. They wanted to attract more non-insurance-based clients as their therapists cater to many niches and specialties. Their website needed to reflect the specialties and the diversity within NYC.

The Solution

To boost visibility and conversions, we implemented a content strategy focused on keywords potential patients would use when searching for therapists within their niches. In addition, we created new location pages for the boroughs of NYC, increasing visibility amongst local patients. Our technical SEO audits indicated that the site needed some improvements, such as fixing broken links and other technical issues. With the improvements, their site health is nearly 100%! By optimizing their Google Business Profile and creating posts targeting local keywords, we improved local SEO and built trust through positive reviews. Since working up with us, they now rank for over 100 keywords—a 42% increase.
