The Problem

HR Collaborative came to us with a need for an actionable content strategy that would help them rank for specific keywords. They needed a schedule that could be applied beyond just new website content—such as guiding public speaking and social media posts. Additionally, they aimed to attract talented HR professionals, and businesses in need of HR support that aren’t ready to commit to a full in-house department. Their main issue was that they weren't using the same language as their customers used to search for their services. With such broad expertise in HR, they weren’t sure which messaging or services to prioritize. It was essential for their website to clearly communicate what they offer, ensuring users could easily understand their services.

The Solution

When HR Collaborative came to us at the beginning of 2024 they were ranking for 226 keywords with just 16 in the top 10 positions of SERPs. Now they rank for 386 keywords with 30 in the top 10. To help them build authority in this competitive landscape, we’ve implemented a backlink campaign that has helped them increase their domain authority, drive traffic from other sites, and boost their rankings in search results. We helped create a content plan full of informational topics that provide valuable insights, guidance, and knowledge about various HR consulting services, practices, and processes. Their average position has increased from 50.6 to 35.
