Avalanche Creative’s Community Engagement Program empowers our team to build meaningful community connections through service and philanthropy, aligning our core values with lasting social impact, business growth, and employee engagement.

How We Give

Profit-Sharing Funds - A portion of Avalanche’s profits every quarter goes straight back into local causes. We invest where our community feels the impact.

Volunteer Time Off - Every Avalanche employee gets paid time to volunteer. Our team chooses the causes they care about most, like volunteering at a local library, coaching kids’ sports, or mentoring.

Individual Impact - Our people bring their own passions to the table. Check out our team to see how each person gives back in their own way.
