Our Account Director

Jennie is an account director who thrives at the intersection of people, process, and digital strategy. After earning her BFA in Art & Design from Grand Valley State University, she spent five years as an in-house Marketing Manager before joining Avalanche Creative in 2020. What started as a Project Coordinator role quickly evolved into a leadership position where she now guides SEO teams and clients through complex, multi-channel initiatives with clarity and confidence.

A natural helper and organizer (hello, Enneagram 2), Jennie brings a human-first approach to every project—whether she’s untangling workflows, coaching team members, or making sure clients feel seen and supported.

Originally from the Midwest, Jennie now lives in Florida with her husband and two daughters. When she’s not managing projects, you’ll find her soaking up sunshine with her kids, cooking something vegan, or deep-diving into astrology and anything “woo” just for fun.

What Does the Account Director Do?

The Account Director leads, manages, and supports a cross-functional team known as a pod. They create a high-performance environment by removing obstacles, fostering collaboration, and making sure pod members are aligned, accountable, and continually growing in their roles.

They serve as the strategic lead for all clients in their pod—developing, guiding, and evolving SEO-focused strategies. By aligning client goals with data-driven tactics, they ensure every deliverable contributes to long-term success and measurable impact.

I have a cuddly and energetic Shih Tzu / Poodle mix named Milo! He loves helping me with “work” during the day.
