North County Landscape Co. serves Whatcom County, Washington, offering everything from lawn care to irrigation and snow removal. Their work is tailored to the Pacific Northwest—both in service and strategy. They came to us in 2023 wanting more qualified leads, better visibility in the cities and neighborhoods they serve, and a website that helped grow the business, and wanted to do so with a marketing partner they could trust.

The Problem

North County Landscape Co. came to us in November 2023 after feeling stuck with their previous marketing partner. Despite a strong local reputation and steady referrals, they weren’t seeing results from search, and they didn’t have clear reporting to explain why. Their website was a basic template that wasn’t designed for search, and it certainly wasn’t built to scale. It also didn’t reflect the quality of their work. It lacked the technical foundation, structure, and content needed to rank for the services they offered and the areas they served. Pages were thin, slow to load, and often missing altogether. Their Estimate Request form created friction for potential customers, and tracking relied heavily on Service Autopilot, limiting visibility into what was actually working.

The Solution

We started by fixing conversion tracking and lead attribution so the team could finally see what was fueling their growth. Then we turned to content. The goal wasn’t just to add more words to the site, but to answer the questions people were already searching for.
We focused on creating a clearer and more comprehensive page experience that provided visitors with all the information they needed to make an informed decision. Every core service page was updated with stronger copy, better structure, and clear calls to action.
On the SEO side, we restructured the site’s technical foundation. We revised metadata and headers, improved page speed, and cleaned up crawl issues to make it easier for search engines to index content. We also took over management of their Google Business Profile to strengthen local visibility.
As results picked up, we moved into a complete redesign. Built on WordPress, the new site gives their team more control to manage updates and keep building on their momentum.
