Today I’m talking about the difference between knowledge and wisdom and why wisdom is crucial in the SEO game.
Knowledgeย is knowing that a tomato is a fruit.
Wisdomย is knowing that a tomato doesn’t belong in a fruit salad.
Wisdom is applied knowledge. Without wisdom, all you really have are facts without function. Knowledge alone is good for a trivia night, not for getting meaningful results through marketing.
SEO Wisdom from Google

John Mueller, Google Search Advocate at Google – the go-to guy for understanding how Google search engines work – tells us to use wisdom, not facts to make decisions that will improve your search visibility.
No software can do SEO for you (or make the decisions for you). Software and facts can help you make better decisions, but it’s the experience that will get you what you’re looking for.
Experience comes with time + trial and error. Never stop learning and applying what you’ve learned to your website.
