It might seem a bit weird at first, especially if our client is a David going up against some multimillion-dollar Goliaths.

It’s because we’re looking for relevant keywords to target.

Not all their competitors’ keywords will be relevant to our clients. But, chances are, we’ll be able to help them start ranking relatively quickly once we begin creating content for them.

The data shows us who has the most visibility. Once we see why they have the visibility they do, we can use that data to form the blueprints for a successful SEO campaign.

It’s all about low-hanging fruit and long-term SEO strategies.

By comparing your website’s keyword rankings against what your competitors have,  you can better develop a long-term strategy that will help you get a better return on your SEO investment.

Conduct your analysis early, and don’t be afraid to revisit it every few years. After all, blueprints occasionally need to be adjusted and changed.
