Clean Peak Landscaping
We helped double Clean Peak’s organic traffic and grew their organic leads +32% in 2026.
Measured against their 2024 baseline. Organic search only.
A Chester County landscaper with the reputation but not the rankings
Clean Peak Landscaping has cared for homes across Chester County, Pennsylvania, since 2017. Their team handles landscape maintenance, design and installation, hardscaping, lawn care, and snow removal from West Chester out to Malvern, Kennett Square, and Downingtown.
They came to us in January 2025 as a reputable landscaper with little to no organic visibility. They had the bones but couldn't crack the first page of Google. That's where we came in.
✓ We delivered.
What was broken, and what we did about it
Their search rankings didn’t match their reputation. Their previous marketing partner shared little about traffic or leads, so Clean Peak couldn’t tell what was working. We found the gaps and gave them a full picture of where their leads come from.
Before — the problem
- ✕The homepage carried the whole site. All organic traffic landed there. Service pages for maintenance, hardscaping, and planting rarely showed up in search.
- ✕No pages for the towns they serve. Eight Chester County communities, zero service area pages, and page titles with no town names. That kept them out of searches like “landscaping services Downingtown PA.”
- ✕ Technical debt piling up. 74 broken internal links, 240 pages Google hadn’t indexed, 22 pages missing an H1, 28 with no meta description.
- ✕A structure search engines couldn’t follow. The nav didn’t match the service pages, and URLs didn’t connect each service to a parent page.
- ✕ Muddy lead tracking. Inflated conversion data and a contact form buried low on the page.
- ✕Few directory listings. Clean Peak had little presence on the local directories Google checks.
After — the fix
- ✓Service pages that stand alone. Each service has its own page, written to rank.
- ✓A page for every town. Service area pages and local page titles across Chester County.
- ✓Technical cleanup. Broken links, missing headers and metadata, and indexing issues resolved.
- ✓Organized site structure. Every service grouped under one parent page Google can follow.
- ✓Clean tracking, easier contact. Accurate conversion data and a quote form at the top of the homepage.
- ✓Directory listings everywhere it counts. New listings with a consistent name, address, and phone number on every major directory.
What was done along the way
Tracking and technical fixes came first, then structure, then a page for every town, then a redesign.
Clean up tracking and site health
Accurate conversion data first, then the broken links, missing headers, and indexing issues.
Organize and strengthen
A site structure Google can follow, stronger service pages, and conversion rate optimization.
Increase reach
Service area pages across Chester County and a redesign for a better user experience.
Compound the gains
Organic traffic up 115% on the 2024 baseline, organic conversions up 32% year over year.
“Clean Peak came to us with a strong reputation and hundreds of happy customers, but their homepage was pulling almost all of their search traffic. Their service pages and the towns they serve rarely showed up. We gave each service and each community its own page, fixed the technical issues holding the site back, and cleaned up tracking so their team had more clarity on what was getting them leads.”
Twice the keywords helped generate +32% more leads
Between January 2025 and November 2026, more of Clean Peak’s keywords climbed onto page one, and organic conversions rose 32% this year.

How long before the numbers moved?
Traffic was up 35% in year one. It kept climbing.
Tracking and technical cleanup started January 2025. By year two, organic traffic was up 115% on the 2024 baseline and organic conversions up 32% year over year.
Where did this growth come from?
Organic search, spread across the whole site.
The homepage used to carry almost all of it. Now service pages and town pages rank on their own: 542 keywords, up from 246.
What actually drove it?
Four moves, in this order:
- •Clean conversion tracking and technical cleanup
- •An organized site structure with stronger service pages
- •A page for every town they serve, plus a redesign
- •Compounding the gains with ongoing audits and reporting
Would a landscaper in another market see the same numbers?
Not identical ones.
Your starting point, competition, and service area all change the math. What transfers is the sequence: measure, fix the foundation, then give each service and each town its own page.
