How We Helped Green Side Up Look Like a $10M Brand

Green Side Up (GSU) came to us with a clear goal: look like a $10 million landscaping company. Their site was riddled with malware and leftover tracking code from previous vendors. On top of that, the user experience was clunky and confusing, making it hard for visitors to take action. We cleaned up the code, streamlined user paths, and redesigned the homepage to reflect their team’s bold, modern vision. Every update focused on building trust and making it easier for people to book, call, or get an instant estimate.

Project Overview

Integrated Scheduling and Lead Capturing

One of the biggest pain points on the old site was the disjointed form process. We embedded Calendly and Go High Level into key pages to reduce friction and keep users moving forward. Now, prospects can book or request an estimate in seconds. By tightening the flow and syncing with their CRM, we turned the site into a real engine for lead generation.

Local SEO and Review Optimization

We enhanced their service pages and revamped their location pages to better highlight what GSU offers across Richmond and Williamsburg. We also introduced a centralized review hub that routes users to the right Google Business Profile depending on their location. Visitors can read what others have said and easily leave their own reviews. These changes supported both rankings and conversion by reinforcing trust and reducing confusion. Since launch, Craig’s seen improved review volume and better local engagement.

Homepage Redesign and Conversion Boost

We replaced a cluttered and dated homepage with a focused, modern design that instantly communicates professionalism and highlights the beauty of their work. The new layout uses clear sections, punchy language, and bold CTAs to move users toward conversion. It’s mobile-friendly, lightning-fast, and intentionally designed to reflect their team’s vision for the brand. Most importantly, the homepage became the top-performing page for conversions almost immediately after launch!
