Rayanne Beaudry

Rayanne has a Bachelors Degree in Public and Nonprofit Administration and a Master of Business Administration from Grand Valley State University. She worked in the nonprofit sector for over five years before making the transition to entrepreneurship. While working in the nonprofit sector, she always found herself gravitating to roles where she was building systems and processes to improve efficiency and keep things running smoothly. After several years of being a free advisor and jumping in to help with Avalanche Creative when she could, she started to realize that growing and running a business is what really gets her excited! She is now translating her skills to managing administration, finance, HR, and operations at Avalanche Creative. 

Rayanne has done a lot of volunteering in her day, and many of her past and current roles have allowed her to make many great connections with nonprofit organizations. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Affinity Mentoring and created Avalanche Creative's Community Engagement Committee to invest in our community intentionally.
