Meet Jennie Austin
Account Director
Jennie holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art & Design from Grand Valley State University and brings a strong creative foundation to her work as an Account Director at Avalanche. With over 12 years of experience in digital marketing, she blends strategy, organization, and creativity to help clients feel confident, supported, and set up for success.
Known for building caring, authentic relationships, Jennie partners closely with clients to understand their goals, advocate for their needs, and guide projects forward with clarity. Her ability to create order from complexity, while keeping the human side of the work front and center, makes her a trusted point of contact for both clients and internal teams.
Originally from the Midwest, Jennie now lives in Florida with her husband and two daughters. Outside of work, she enjoys design, volunteering in her community (often at the local library), exploring astrology, and cooking flavorful vegan meals for her family.

- Helping clients move from “this feels overwhelming” to “okay, we’ve got a plan”
- Bringing clarity, organization, and a calm presence to complex SEO projects
- Leveling up client websites with some UI/UX magic
