Meet Sara Walker
Senior Director of Operations
Sara is Avalanche Creative’s people-first systems builder. As Senior Director of Operations, she brings experience in operations, team leadership, and organizational growth, with a steady focus on clarity, care, and accountability.
At Avalanche, Sara helps lead operational strategy, people operations, and internal systems that enable the team to do their best work. She partners closely with leadership to support growth, guide decision-making, and ensure the agency runs smoothly as it scales.
Her background spans full-cycle recruitment, personnel management, budget oversight, executive advising, and process development while always grounded in building structures that empower people, not slow them down.
Outside of work, Sara enjoys music, being outdoors, and finding new adventures with her husband around West Michigan and beyond. She’s also a passionate environmentalist who has volunteered at a local river clean up event for several years.
