Meet Rayanne Beaudry

Rayanne has a Bachelors Degree in Public and Nonprofit Administration and a Master of Business Administration from Grand Valley State University. She worked in the nonprofit sector for over five years before making the transition to entrepreneurship. While working in the nonprofit sector, she always found herself gravitating to roles where she was building systems and processes to improve efficiency and keep things running smoothly. After several years of being a free advisor and jumping in to help with Avalanche Creative when she could, she started to realize that growing and running a business is what really gets her excited! She is now translating her skills as the Integrator/Chief Operating Officer at Avalanche Creative where she spends her time driving the company strategy, managing the finances, and overseeing operations.

Rayanne has a young son and daughter, Cameron and Maya, and a fur baby, Louie, who keep her very busy. Cam and Maya are the real bosses of Avalanche Creative.
