What Does a Strategy Director Do?
At a high level, our Strategy Director is in charge of ensuring that all of our strategies are getting great results for our clients. She’s able to take a high-level view of our results and make tweaks to overall strategies as needed, all while being a helpful resource to clients who may have in-depth questions.
As our processes evolve, the Strategy Director ensures that everyone is collaborating and on the same page to get great results. This includes leading team Strategy Summits to get the best results for our clients, as well as optimizing our processes to make us more efficient in our work.
We don’t use one-size-fits-all strategies at Avalanche. Sometimes, in order to get results, we need to revert from our normal processes and create a fresh strategy. This is when our Strategy Director steps in and looks at the bigger picture: What results are we trying to achieve, and how do we get there?
