In many ways, our Operations Director facilitates conversations and training that help support what we like to call “Work/Life Harmony.” So much goes into this, from one-on-one conversations to organizing and implementing our quarterly reviews as well as organizing continued learning and training for the team.
If Avalanche Creative is a car, our Operations Director is the engine that keeps it running. Taking a look under the hood, you’ll find her in the background making sure everything runs smoothly, from accounting to hiring, and everything in between.
As we grow our team, our Operations Director is the first to start the hiring process. She’s the one who leads each of our candidates through the evaluation and interview process to determine if they align with our values and the responsibilities of the position. Once they’ve been onboarded, she ensures that they continue their development in both hard and soft skills to achieve their full potential.
