There are a lot of talented and creative voices on the team, and she makes sure we’re tapping into their strengths.
When our Visionary is dreaming up new opportunities, our Integrator helps him understand what would make sense to execute now and what would be best to continue developing. If we’re ready for the implementation phase, she figures out how to turn those opportunities into action.
