The Account Director leads, manages, and supports a cross-functional team known as a pod. They create a high-performance environment by removing obstacles, fostering collaboration, and making sure pod members are aligned, accountable, and continually growing in their roles.
They serve as the strategic lead for all clients in their pod—developing, guiding, and evolving SEO-focused strategies. By aligning client goals with data-driven tactics, they ensure every deliverable contributes to long-term success and measurable impact.
The Account Director manages the execution of all client work to keep projects running efficiently and on time. They set timelines, facilitate capacity planning, and maintain quality standards across all deliverables to keep projects running smoothly.
