Google Trends is a website launched by Google in 2006 that analyzes search queries based on language, region, popularity, and more. This is a great tool to use to build your content strategy and see what kind of information people are searching for as it relates to your industry.
Keep in mind that the numbers on the graph of Google Trends are not the exact search volume numbers. Instead, Google Trends uses a number from 0-100 to indicate a rating of how popular the search query is. For example, a value of 100 means that the term is at its peak search popularity, while a value of 50 means that the query is only half as popular.
